A stay at Angela’s House lasts 120 days, followed by placement in a safe setting where follow-up services can be readily administered:

Eden is a Residential Mentorship Program that is designed to be a prevention and rehabilitation program for young women between the ages of 12-up, whose life has been destroyed by substance and physical abuse, with a heavy emphasis on those traumatized by sexual abuse through sex trafficking and molestation. Our goal is to take individuals out of their “environment” and place them in a family structure that promotes education, spiritual wholeness, personal growth and development; mental stability, and physical health, as well as, provide opportunity and resources to create financially independent and productive members of society. Eden activities and treatment center on scripture and biblical instruction, coupled with Modern Psychology and Therapeutic Practices.

diminish the incidence and impact of child sexual abuse, so that more children will grow up healthy and whole

raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child sexual abuse by educating adults about the steps they can take to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the reality of child sexual abuse

Adopt a cop.
Encourage your students to encourage a police officer with care packages and notes

Restoration

Donate needed items to restoration facilities
Children are being rescued! Your students can be a part of their healing and recovery by sending letters as well as care packages. Show these children that you care.

Covenant House GA
404) 688-4717 ext.207
Covenant House provides services to youth, ages 16-21. Every night, the outreach van leaves Broad Street seeking youth who are on the street from the hours of midnight to 8:00 A.M. to provide them with food and a referral to the community resource center for additional assistance.

Angela's House
Atlanta Women’s Foundation created Angela’s House, a therapeutic refuge for girls ages 13-17. Angela’s House officially opened in 2001 under the direction of Deborah Richardson, who developed the Juvenile Justice Fund as a vehicle to provide comprehensive services for the victims.

A stay at Angela’s House lasts 120 days, followed by placement in a safe setting where follow-up services can be readily administered:

protection from predators

physical and psychological assessments

long-range plan of care and treatment.

As space is available, referrals are accepted from Georgia.

Eden House
Eden is a Residential Mentorship Program that is designed to be a prevention and rehabilitation program for young women between the ages of 12-up, whose life has been destroyed by substance and physical abuse, with a heavy emphasis on those traumatized by sexual abuse through sextrafficting and molestation.

Wellspring
Wellspring connects a caring community with women seeking a way out of unhealthy lifestyles, promoting healing, wholeness, independence, and family restoration through Biblical principles. Wellspring reaches out to women, ages 21 and up, whose lives have been devastated by drug and alcohol addictions, self-mutilation, depression, working in the commercial sex industry--behaviors mostly stemming from the core issue of childhood sexual abuse.

Donate.
Have your students give needed items to restoration facilities. The intervention and restoration facilities provide their services free of charge. They rely completely on donations they receive. You can donate money, or give practical items from their wish list to ensure one more person receives the care they need

Wellspring

Write Thank you notes.
Many have gone before us in the fight for freedom. Let them know how important their efforts are and encourage them to keep speaking out for the freedom of those who do not have a voice.
